The Baimbridge College Leadership Team is the driving force of the school, the majority of decisions are made within this team and it consists of: the Principal, Assistant Principal(s), Business Manager, Learning Specialist(s) and Leading Teacher(s).

The Learning Specialist roles support staff to build excellence in teaching and learning in order to ensure all students are successful learners.

Mrs Jill Robinson - Operations Manager

Responsible for the day to day scheduling of the school, calendar of events, marketing and timetable, Mrs Robinson works to ensure the school runs to a smooth schedule and the school community is informed and listened to.
Having had three children go through the college with very different outcomes (employment, university and apprenticeship), Mrs Robinson knows and works hard to ensure Baimbridge can give any child the opportunity to succeed in any chosen pathway.
Having her three children educated at Baimbridge and all leave with successful pathways - Employment, University and Apprenticeship - Jill believes that state schools are fundamental for our democracy and equality of opportunity and that no child should be denied access to a solid education because of their family's wealth, perceived social status, religion or ethnic background.
