If collecting your child(ren) during school hours you must do so through the General Office, under no circumstances are you to collect your child from the classrooms or yard without notifying the school.
All students leaving the school inside school hours are required to have a pass. Passes are issued by the Principal, Assistant Principals or relevant Year Level Coordinators. Students must have consent from parents to obtain a pass.
All phone contact with Baimbridge College staff is made via the switchboard located in our General Office. Contacting students directly via mobile phone to arrange student departure will result in a breach of the statewide mobile phone policy which states that: Students will be required to switch off their phones and store them securely in lockers from the start of the school day until the final bell. When emergencies occur, parents or guardians can reach their child by calling the school. The only exceptions to the ban will be where students use phones to monitor health conditions, or where teachers instruct students to bring their phone for a particular classroom activity. At all other times phones must be in lockers.
To correspond with your child's teacher you can use the COMPASS Portal and email them at any time.
