The Enrolment Process

Enrolment process

To enrol at Baimbridge College you must complete an Application for Enrolment form.  This is not to be confused with the actual enrolment form, which will be supplied to you once you have had a meeting with the relevant Year Level Coordinator.

The application for enrolment form is designed to give us a background on your child before we meet them and be able to offer the best options possible, it also negates the need for multiple meetings and streamlines the enrolment process.

Students coming into Year 7 as transition from Primary School are not required to complete the application for enrolment form.

Full enrolment forms are provided on orientation days for students attending non-government  Primary Schools.  Government Primary Schools provide an electronic transfer of information in lieu of enrolment forms, this is accepted by Baimbridge College but we will need to sight Birth Certificates and proof of immunisation at your transition meeting.

Transferring from a Victorian Government School?

The transfer process is now even easier for students moving between Victorian Government Schools.  You can simply tell your existing school to transfer your details to us and we will print them out to go over at your meeting.  please quote Baimbridge College and school number 01881401.

Students coming in to Year 7 from a Government School will automatically be transferred when you indicate that Baimbridge College will be your Secondary School of choice on the Placement Form provided by your Primary School in Term 2.

Interviews

• Interviews will be held with the Year Level Coordinator.

On receipt of the Application for Enrolment we will contact you to  arrange a mutually agreeable interview time.

• We will contact your previous school to gain insight into how we can help you in the best possible manner.
